Artichoke Dip

  • 1/2 c. Shirley J Whisk Bliss Original
  • 1 Tbs Shirley J Pizza And Pasta Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Shirley J Chicken Bouillon
  • 2 c. Water
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 c. Mozzarella Cheese(grated)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 14 oz Artichoke Hearts(drained and chopped)


Combine water and Whisk Bliss Original in small saucepan over medium heat. Heat to a boil. Remove from heat and add cayenne, Pizza and Pasta Seasoning, and Bouillon, whisk. Add cream cheese, artichokes, and mozzarella, stirring lightly. Remove to an ovenproof casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with chips, crackers, or veggies.

I didn't have Cheyenne Pepper so I added Chipotle instead and it was yummy and a big hit at the party.

Party Favorite! I didn't have enough Mozzarella in the fridge, so I substitued cream cheese for half. Fantastic!

Can't usually get the family to eat artichokes. This was a great, and tasty way to introduce new foods.
