Ingredients:
- 2 tsp Shirley J Pizza And Pasta Seasoning
- 2 c. Mayonnaise
- 2 c. Parsley, Lightly Chopped
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1/4 c. Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 c. Fresh Spinach
- 2/3 c. Parmesan(powdered)
- to thin Water(if needed)
Directions:
Place all the ingredients into blender and puree until smooth.
I had this as a dip at a party and everyone gushed over it! This recipe is a keeper.
Our caterer served this dip at a function and I've been hounded for the recipe from MANY attendees. So grateful the caterer generously directed us to this recipe! The only thing we do differently is use fresh grated parmesan or asiago cheese in it. I tried it the first time just using a 'regular' italian seasoning mix and it does not come out AT ALL the same! If you're going to make this, you need the Shirley J's Pizza & Pasta seasoning as it's the 'secret' ingredient!
