"Love it..." Recurring Delivery- Terms and Conditions
- Customer understands and agrees that by signing up for the Shirley J Love it program that they are committing to 6 total shipments of $50 minimum which must include at least one Shirley J Universal Sauce product, either size will qualify. These shipments will be shipped out monthly on the 15th of the month. By agreeing to this program the customer will receive free shipping on their monthly recurring order.
- The customer can add to their recurring order at any time prior to the monthly shipment but the cart must contain at least one Universal Sauce product to qualify. There is no limit to how many additional products can be shipped on the same order.
- You can cancel at any time but a $15 shipping fee will be charged for each shipment received if cancellation occurs prior to completion of the 6 shipments. (For example if you sign up for the program and then after the 3rd shipment you cancel out of the program you will be assessed $15 shipping for each shipment you already received.)
- Your recurring delivery will continue after the 6 shipments unless you contact Shirley J to cancel. After 6 shipments there is no penalty for cancellation.
- All orders will generated and shipped on the 15th of the month . Up to midnight the 14th you can make as many changes to your recurring shipment cart as you desire with the exception of the Universal Sauce required on each monthly shipment.
- The customer is free to order any time during the month out side the recurring delivery program but normal shipping rates will apply.
- Your first order when you sign up will be considered your 1st recurring shipment order. The next shipment will begin on the 15th of the following month that you sign up. (For example if you sign on the 1st of the June then your next recurring shipment will be July 15th. If you sign up on the June 30th your recurring shipment will still be July 15th.)
