- 1/2 c. Shirley J Timeless Grains Cranberry Almond Cereal Mix
- 1 c. Milk(divided in half)
- 3/4 c. All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbs Sugar(optional)
- 2 ea. Eggs
- 3 Tbs Canola Oil
Mix the grains with 1/2 cup of milk cover in an air-tight container and let this sit in the refrigerator over night.
In the morning, take the grains that have soaked up the milk and mix in the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and another 1/2 cup of milk. Crack the two eggs into the bowl and add in the oil, whisking to combine all of the ingredients.
Heat a large skillet to about 325 degrees or medium high and ladle out the batter (3 tablespoons for each pancake) onto the hot skillet. Flip the pancakes once they show bubbles on the uncooked side.
Serve with pure maple syrup.
