Asparagus Tortellini

- 4 cup frozen cheese tortellini (cooked)
- 4 cup water
- 1 cup Shirley J Universal Sauce (Whisk Bliss)
- 1/4 cup Fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp mint, chopped
- 1 tsp Shirley J Chicken Bouillon
- 2 cups Fresh asparagus (uncooked and chopped into 1-inchlengths)
In a saucepan, combine water, universal sauce, bouillon, lemon juice, and mint.
Bring to a simmer and add asparagus.
Do not overcook. Serve over cooked Tortellini.
