  • 4 cup frozen cheese tortellini (cooked)
  • 4 cup water
  • 1 cup Shirley J Universal Sauce (Whisk Bliss)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp mint, chopped
  • 1 tsp Shirley J Chicken Bouillon
  • 2 cups Fresh asparagus (uncooked and chopped into 1-inchlengths)


  • In a saucepan, combine water, universal sauce, bouillon, lemon juice, and mint.
  • Bring to a simmer and add asparagus.
  • Do not overcook. Serve over cooked Tortellini.
