Beef Noodle Soup

- 8 oz Beef, diced very small
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 12 c Water
- 1/2 c Celery, diced very small
- 1/2 c Carrots, diced very small
- 1/2 c Onions, diced very small
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley Flakes
- 2 Tbsp Shirley J Beef Bouillon
- 1 (8 ounce can) Tomato Sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) Dry Egg Noodles
- 1 (7 ounce can) pieces or stems mushrooms, un-drained
Sautee the beef, butter and vegetables together in a largesoup pot
Cook for 5-10 minutes
Add remaining ingredients except for noodles, simmer 25minutes.
Add noodles and simmer until they are tender, approximately 10 minutes.
