Beef Noodle Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Beef, diced very small
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 12 c Water
  • 1/2 c Celery, diced very small
  • 1/2 c Carrots, diced very small
  • 1/2 c Onions, diced very small
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 2 Tbsp Shirley J Beef Bouillon
  • 1 (8 ounce can) Tomato Sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) Dry Egg Noodles
  • 1 (7 ounce can) pieces or stems mushrooms, un-drained

Instructions
 

  • Sautee the beef, butter and vegetables together in a largesoup pot
  • Cook for 5-10 minutes
  • Add remaining ingredients except for noodles, simmer 25minutes.
  • Add noodles and simmer until they are tender, approximately 10 minutes.
