CHEDDAR CHEESE SAUCE

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 c Shirley J Universal Cream Soup and Sauce Mix (Whisk Bliss)
  • 4 c water
  • ½ tsp Shirley J Chicken Bouillon
  • 2 c cheddar cheese (grated)
DIRECTIONS:

In a saucepan on medium heat, add water, Shirley J Universal Cream Soup and Sauce Mix (Whisk Bliss), and Shirley J Chicken Bouillon. Allow mixture to simmer and thicken. Remove from heat and add cheese. Whisk until the cheese is completely melted.

USE:

Use this sauce over vegetables, potatoes, fish etc. Also makes a great soup, soup base, sauce for nachos, etc.
